We The Kings will be closing out the festival with an hour long set, performing hits from both their first and second studio albums.

In support of the football home opener, the University of Toledo is hosting Music Fest 2010. The festival is open to the public and runs from 3 p.m. to 10 p.m. today with We The Kings headlining.

Local rock band Mas Fina kicks things off at 3 p.m. The group plays covers of songs from all genres, but they are best known for covers of rap songs such as "Baby Got Back" and "Bust a Move."

Reggae group Universal Expression is up next at 4:30 p.m. with a set mixing originals and cover songs.

There is a pep rally beginning at 5:30 p.m. featuring UT head coach Tim Beckman, the football team, cheerleaders, the marching band and Rocky.

Following the pep rally is jazz flutist Alexander Zonjic along with Thornetta Davis and the Motor City Horns.

Martha Reeves and the Vandellas, the most commercially successful act of the night, play at 7:30 p.m. They recorded several hits during the Motown era such as "Nowhere to Run" and "Dancing in the Street." In 1995, the group was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, becoming the second all-female band ever inducted.

"Someone asked me when was I going to retire," Reeves told UT News. "I can't imagine. I'm going to sing as long as I'm able. I'm going to dance as long as I can, and age 69 feels real good."

We The Kings closes out the festival with an hour-long set beginning at 9 p.m. The band is best known for their platinum single "Check Yes Juliet." The pop punk group released their second studio album "Smile Kid" last December.

WXUT will DJ between musical acts. There will also be other activities and food available.
