Natcha Daengpiem, third-year golfer, played in her first tournament this fall and tied for 68th place at 25-over-par 241.
"I'm happy with our 8th place finish against what is a very tough field. But I thought we could have played better today," head coach Nicole Hollingsworth said in a UTRockets interview. "The conditions were really difficult which resulted in higher scores from everybody. I just wish we could have been a little more consistent with our play."
The midnight blue and gold will complete their season in Hawaii University’s Rainbow Wahine Invitational Tuesday and Wednesday, Oct. 31-Nov. 1.
